Room Rental Term & Conditons

Short- term Stay – 50% reservation fee is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance must be settled before check-in or on before the date agreed upon. Payment can be made via your approved payment channels (Bank transfer/Deposit or Cheque, G-Cash, etc.). Reservation fee is non-refundable but may be rebooked depending on availability and rebooking policy.

Long-term Stay – 1 month advance + 1 month deposit (1+1) is required to confirm reservation unless otherwise agreed. Monthly rent is due every month on or before due date stated in the contract. Late payment is subject to late penalty fees. Security deposit is refundable upon checkout after inspection, provide there are no damages, unpaid balance or violations.

Clean as You Go: Kindly tidy up to the space before leaving to maintain cleanliness and comfort for the next guests.
Check-out Time: Please ensure you check-out on or before the designated checkout time.
Return the Key: Please leave the key with the caretaker or lobby concierge upon checkout
Personal Belongings: Double check the rooms to ensure you have all your personal belongings.
Damages: Any Damages or missing items may be subject to additional charges.

Refund/Cancellation concern: For any concerns regarding refund or cancellation, please be informed that we have a non-refundable policy and full payment is required to secure your booking through G-cash or bank transfer/Deposit. How ever we do offer option to reschedule your booking provide the change is made at least one week before schedule date.

For AIRBNB: Kindly contact Airbnb customer directly for further assistance, as they handle all payments and refund processes on their platform.

Policies: Visitors Guest are welcome to stay Until 10:00 pm with a fee of 400 per person. Additional pax 600 per person.

We do not accommodate walk-in bookings. All reservation must be made online.
A non-refundable policy applies, and full payment is required to secure your booking. We do allow rescheduling, provide the request is made at least on week prior to your schedule date.
To confirm your reservation, kindly send us the proof of payment once the transaction is complete.
